Our story

Made by a family, for families

Fresh ingredients, honest sourcing and a dining room where everyone at the table can order anything.

Bright modern dining room at Krispy's Halal

A neighborhood spot on Harlem Ave

Krispy's opened on Harlem Ave in the heart of Chicago Ridge's Little Palestine, with a family spice blend, a wall of art celebrating where our guests come from, and Othman greeting regulars at the counter. Guests keep telling us the same thing: the chicken is crispy, never greasy.

Halal isn't a label here, it's the standard

Every bird we serve is certified halal and hand-inspected on arrival. We know exactly which farms our chicken comes from, and we're happy to show you the paperwork any day of the week.

Rooted in the neighborhood

We sponsor local youth leagues, cater community iftars, and donate unsold meals to nearby shelters every night. Krispy's grew because this neighborhood showed up for us — feeding it well is the least we can do.
